What goes in the globe
Every answer goes into their globe, and into Santa’s message.
As you answer, their globe fills up. Santa looks inside before he records, so nothing in the message is generic: their name said the way your family says it, their age, the town he’ll fly over, the dinosaurs, the wobbly tooth, the wish.

If Santa gets a name or a detail wrong, leaves out something you told him, or the video has a technical problem, we make it again for free. If a remake can’t fix it, you get every penny back.

What if it doesn’t feel personal enough?
Generic Santa videos feel flat because they could be for anyone. Your child’s is written from what you told us: their name, their age, what they love, what they’re proud of and their wish, all said out loud by Santa. That’s the part children can’t get over.
Will Santa say your child’s name properly?
You can hear it before you pay. If it doesn’t sound right, spell it the way it sounds (Shiv-awn for Siobhan) and that’s how Santa says it in the video.
What if something isn’t right?
The Santa Promise: if Santa gets a name or a detail wrong, leaves something out, or the video has a technical problem, we make it again for free. If a remake can’t fix it, you get a full refund.
How quickly do I get the full video?
Usually about 15 minutes after you unlock it. We email you a private link to watch, download and share it, so you can close this page while Santa records.
What happens if I don’t unlock it now?
Your preview stays saved and the link in your email keeps working. The preview bonus (your photo in the video, normally $2.99) is only included if you unlock within 60 minutes of the preview being made.
Is this an AI Santa video?
Yes. Santa’s words, his voice and the way he moves as he talks are made with AI, which is how he can mention your child’s wish: nobody could have recorded that in advance. Every message is written from the details you give us.
Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a single payment and the video is yours to keep, download and send to family by message, WhatsApp or email.
Will your child’s details stay private?
We never sell them or use them for advertising. We keep them with the video for 90 days so you can come back to it, then delete them automatically. You can delete everything sooner from your order page.
